On December 22, 2021, the VCCI Vung Tau Regular Trade Promotion Center, in coordination with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, organized an in-depth training course on customer care and complaint handling skills for local service businesses. The course, directly taught by Master Hồ Trúc Vi, attracted the participation of over 50 businesses operating in various fields such as tourism, hotels, retail, logistics, commerce, and services.
With many years of experience in corporate training and consulting, Master Hồ Trúc Vi provided practical approaches, helping participants easily apply them directly to their work. The course content focused on:
- Communication Skills and Customer Psychology: Understanding the needs and expectations of customers to provide the best service.
- Professional Customer Care Process: How to build an effective customer care system and enhance customer loyalty.
- Complaint Handling Strategy: Methods for conflict resolution and turning dissatisfied customers into loyal ones.
- Real-world Scenarios and Practice: Businesses participated in simulation exercises to practice quick and effective responses.

The training program not only helps businesses enhance service quality, optimize the customer experience, and build an effective complaint handling process, but it is also especially crucial in the context of an increasingly fierce competitive market. Furthermore, the course created opportunities for businesses to connect, exchange experiences, and build a collaborative network to improve their market competitiveness.
